I brought Mark in to complete a series of 1:1 mentoring sessions work with each of my senior leadership team.

Mark allowed the scope of the individual mentoring sessions to focus on personal or professional matters or both. Performance in a work setting and challenges in private life are so interlinked that they cannot be separated. Mark really did an excellent job in providing a mirror for each senior leader to help them gain insight to their own approach to issues on a personal level or professional level.
